Called up Petri and talked to a human being right away. They arranged a same day appointment for a drain clearing and finding the source of a bathtub leak. This is the second time using Petri and I couldn't be more pleased. Pricing is up front and transparent. More importantly, William and Umberto diagnosed and solved the persistent leak with a minimum of cost and trouble. Highly recommend if you want the job done promptly and more importantly done right!

We had a heavy rain the other night. About an hour into it, water started bubbling out of the base of one of our toilets and didn't stop until the rain did four hours later. My son and I must have bailed 100 gallons or more. We called Petri in the morning and Junior arrived within a few hours, gave us a diagnosis, and promised to have the problem(s) fixed the same day. A couple hours later Will and Michael pulled up, and when they left at 8:00 pm, our sewer line and storm drains were cleared, our bathroom was reassembled and cleaned, and I knew a lot more about the internal workings of our 100-plus year-old house than I had before. All three were professional, courteous, and just incredibly capable. I cannot recommend them or Petri enough.

I had William and Ethan come by to fix a problem with my boiler. I couldn't be happier with these gentlemen. They were knowledgeable and not only that they were kind. They explained step by step and I very much appreciated that. They were not the cheapest in price but I am so tired of jack of all trades masters of none. Our gas was shut down by National Grid and Petri Plumbing (specifically Luke, Gary, Will, and Umberto) were really a pleasure to work with. They came to do the diagnostic the next afternoon (Friday) and then fit us in for the pipe replacement first thing Monday morning. As always, working with Petri Plumbing was a pleasure. They came in today to replace my kitchen sink's drainpipe and my toilet's fill valve. The technicians (Luke and Gary) arrived promptly within the provided timeframe, thoroughly explained all of the work to be performed, and cleaned up once they were finished.

WAY OVERPRICED!!!!! $21000 to replace a my boiler. They claimed everything including most of the plumbing needed replacement. Got it done for $8000 without any plumbing replacement. TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY.!!!! I live in the same neighborhood and everyone I've spoken to says the same. They may be good,but not almost 3x the price, not happening.
